1. Description:
Fully considerated the tension problem of the special textile, this model stenter is special designed for 3-mesh. The stenter is suitable for stretching or stentering the 3-mesh fabrics, to bringing the length and width to pre determine dimensions and also for heat setting.
2. Functions of stenter machine:
1) Heat setting is done by the stenter for special 3-mesh textile.
2) Width of the 3-mesh textile is controlled.
3) Moisture of the 3-mesh textile is controlled.
4) GSM of the3-mesh textile is controlled.
5) Fabric is dried by the stentering process.
6) Shrinkage property of the 3-mesh textile is controlled.
